1. Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@asmaniart.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products

5. Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
